Position Summary : This role is responsible for business analysis and quality assurance activities in accordance with solution development methodology and supporting IT projects. Analysts II support in end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring tasks assignment and completion; create and maintain project artifacts, and ensures appropriate definition and execution of user acceptance test. They liaison with end users, software vendors, and programmers to achieve the projected outcomes when troubleshooting issues, implementing new systems, and upgrading existing systems while holding accountability for the end-to-end Duties And Assesses client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advice on options.
