About the role :
As a Sr. Manager Business Development at Tiger Analytics, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a challenging and entrepreneurial environment, with a significant responsibility and an exciting career path. On a typical workday, you could be doing one or more of the following :
- Lead / participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, developing response strategy and proposals, process improvement, competitive positioning, and pricing / commercial decisions
- Technical solutioning for business problems and building impactful clients’ presentations and pitches, using a consulting framework as a part of the bid process
- Understand client landscape, existing engagement, and devise and execute cross-selling & upselling strategies
- Pitch and present Tiger’s capabilities and proposals to clients to support the Sales cycle
- Create and own different Point of View documents for industries, practice areas, along with case studies, white papers, and other sales collaterals, and assist the team in pitch evangelism
- Assist in prospecting with relevant market / company-specific research data
- Work with Partners and the Partnership & Alliances team to drive growth, innovation, and market expansion
Required Skills, Competencies & Experience :
10+ years of experience in the Analytics Delivery / Consulting / Pre-sales / Business Development roleExperience in growing existing accounts (Farming & Mining), specifically hunting within Existing Accounts (building account strategies, databases of whom / when / how to target and following through to signing and being willing to be measured on sales metrics)Industry experience / exposure to one or more of the following is preferred : Retail / Consumer Goods / eCommerce / ManufacturingMust have exposure to Analytics and AI / ML solutionsOwning the end-to-end sales cycle for the leads assigned with a target-driven approachHigh-level solution architecting skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to engage with VP & C level stakeholders from client’s business and analytics team and with internal remote teams to define advanced analytic solutions to business problemsAbility to work with a global team, playing a lead role in communicating the client's business problem context to the remote teamsExperience of working with Partners (hyper-scalers) and P&A teams collaboratively on growth pursuitsStrong research & analytical skills to understand industry trends and client’s businessAbility to put together high impact decks and presentations / Point of Views / Proposals / RFP responsesBuild, encourage, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Show highlevels of commitment, flexibility, and motivation to stay focused and win clients after reaching out to many prospects.
Drafting & reviewing of various legal agreements on a best-efforts basis, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements(NDA), Master Service Agreements (MSA), Vendor Agreements, Statement of Work / Work Orders (SOW / WO), Teaming Contracts, etc.Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Owler, Crunchbase, etc. will be an advantageShould be able to learn and deliver results quicklyStrong go-getter attitude and willingness to learn things on the jobMBA / B.
