We are seeking a proactive and skilled Human Resource Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed about recruitment best practices, industry trends, and labor laws.
Skills Required
Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or in a similar talent acquisition role.Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various sourcing tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.Knowledge of labor legislation and best practices in hiring is a plus.Skills Required
