Position Name-  Partner Manager- Large Reseller

Location-  Pune / Ahmedabad

Experience-  7- 12 Years

Key Role Deliverables :

  • Generate new leads, qualify them, and guide them through the entire sales process leading to closure.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and client opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, internal meetings, and conferences.
  • Responsible for regional customer happiness and renewals.
  • Drive new sales efforts through hunting and new client acquisition, leading to monthly / quarterly / yearly target achievement.
  • Generate B2B sales leads, negotiate pricing, and contracts with clients.
  • Follow market trends and develop new sales ideas for clients based on current themes and reverse inquiry.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations, demonstrations, conduct evaluations, prepare proposals, and respond to RFPs and tenders as part of sales goals.
  • Build and drive new, strategic go-to-market plans to meet company growth and market share goals.
  • Responsible for forming strategies and methods specific to driving Sales KPIs.
  • Ensure all channel partners are highly motivated and meeting their ROI plans in association with TTL.
  • Set up frameworks for developing and optimizing outcomes with each channel partner.
  • Manage and drive ICS business-specific deliverables in their area of work and ecosystem.

Right Person (Qualification & Experience) :

  • Preferably Engineer / MBA
  • 6 to 10 years of technology related IT Sales & business development experience and Channel Distributor-2 Management.
  • Must have experience in selling  Cloud Services & SaaS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace / Azure / Security solutions.
  • Should be strong sales professional and ready go to market for  hunting new customers in above mentioned solutions
  • Certifications in AWS / Azure / GCP / will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills across all modes (verbal, written) and excellent interpersonal skills across hierarchy (from senior management to junior team members) is essential.
  • Should be an organized and strong negotiator
  • Must have considerable Business, Market & Network / Technology Knowledge.
