Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager located in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive branch performance. Primary responsibilities include developing business strategies, achieving branch targets, monitoring compliance with regulations, and handling customer queries and complaints. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for staff training and development, financial reporting, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch operations, business strategy development, and staff management
• Strong understanding of financial products, wealth management, and asset allocation
• Proficiency in compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team-building capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus
