Excellent English communication and persuasion skills. Strong confidence and no fear of phones . Comfortable working the US EST shift (7 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST) . Familiarity with CRM systems, lead databases, or Sales Navigator. AI-literate — able to use AI tools for finding and enriching leads. Exposure to staffing / recruitment industry or HR tech products. About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketer to join our Pune office.
You will be responsible for selling JobTalk.ai — an AI Voice Agent built for Recruiters — to staffing and recruiting companies in the US.
This role involves outbound cold calling, appointment setting, and occasionally giving product demos to interested prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to staffing and recruiting firms across the US.
- Present and pitch JobTalk.ai , our AI-powered voice agent that helps recruiters make hundreds of calls in minutes.
- Schedule qualified demos and appointments for the sales team — and conduct product demos yourself when required.
- Maintain detailed call logs, prospect notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve and exceed daily / weekly call and appointment goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
