Role Summary
The Regional Manager South will lead the implementation and client engagement efforts for our hospitality ERP solutions (on-premise and cloud SaaS) across South India. This role demands strategic oversight of client onboarding, ERP deployment, post-implementation relationship management, and achievement of commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of operational leadership, hospitality domain expertise, technical acumen, and Implementation & Engagement
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong post-implementation relationships to drive product adoption, client retention, and satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through proactive client Operations & Resource Management
- Plan and execute monthly site visits for implementation, training, and review.
- Optimise resource allocation for support, rollouts, and training activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and manage Performance & Collections
- Meet collection targets for new implementations within stipulated timelines.
- Drive renewals and collections for Annual License Renewals (ALR) and Annual Maintenance Contracts & Analytical Expertise
- Use Microsoft Excel for project tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- A Monitor team productivity, service quality, and adherence to operational & Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Operate with high autonomy, driving results through independent decision-making and accountability.
- Manage the complete sales cycleprospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, closure, and account Growth & Customer Engagement
- Build and sustain strong relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive moves, and new business opportunities in the region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning solutions to their business & Partner Management
- Collaborate with internal channel teams to drive partner-led opportunities and co-selling initiatives.
- Build relationships with system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners to enhance market & Revenue Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned annual and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate forecasts and actionable insights to leadership for informed business Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, presales, and product management to create winning proposals and customer presentations.
- Contribute market intelligence to guide product roadmaps and GTM strategies.
