Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform. This includes performance monitoring, user and system administration, issue resolution, integrations, and collaboration with internal teams to drive platform efficiency, compliance, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and experience working in an Agile enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including performance monitoring, user and system administration.
- Maintain and support core ServiceNow applications : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and custom applications.
- Actively participate in Major Incident Management for P1 / P2 incidents to quickly triage and resolve platform issues.
- Monitor and manage the ServiceNow Incident and Request queues, resolving operational issues and service degradations efficiently.
- Implement and support integrations with enterprise systems using MID Servers, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Perform routine platform maintenance including upgrades, patching, and cloning activities with minimal user disruption.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, access control policies, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow platform team (Architects, BSAs, Developers) to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities across operational processes.
- Maintain comprehensive platform documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and Knowledge Base articles.
- Follow Agile methodology and apply ServiceNow best practices throughout the development and operations lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, operations, or development.Proven experience managing ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment.Strong understanding of ITSM processes and modules : Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB.Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping) is a plus.Exposure to HRSD, SecOps, or GRC modules is preferred.Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.Experience with ServiceNow scripting, configuration, integrations, and platform automation.Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.Certifications : Required :
