.Net Lead

Job descriptionDesign, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C# and .NET frameworks. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability. Ensure application security and data protection through best practices. Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI / CD pipelines and deployment processes. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and development trends. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 8–12 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies. Proven experience in developing enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework. Experience in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is preferred. About Position
