Your Profile :

• Overall, more than 8-10 years of technical leadership and team management experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• A great communicator. Experience in working on agile setups with Product Management (Product Owner, Product Manager,)
• Servant Leader : Builds an inclusive and empowered team, while igniting leadership in others.
• Extensive experience in developing applications based on relational databases.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular / Typescript, HTML5, AngularJs and SQL.
• Strong understanding of fundamental data structures (trees, graphs, etc.) and algorithms.
• Experience in 3D BIM data, processes or data formats with focus on the construction industry.
• Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and customer orientation.
• Ability to work independently, with a structured and quality-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Motivation to push forward digital transformation.
• A proactive mindset, with a drive to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Experience with Cloud-related performance and scalability, including cloud service performance monitoring and optimization.
