Roles and Responsibilities

Mindstix is looking for a seasoned Lead .NET Developer who is passionate about building world-class solutions and driving engineering excellence. You are a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex challenges and guiding teams toward impactful outcomes. With a strong sense of ownership and leadership, you balance hands-on technical expertise in C# and .NET frameworks with the ability to mentor, inspire, and collaborate effectively. You bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset and are committed to delivering exceptional results that make a difference.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, WCF).
• Lead end-to-end development lifecycle including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct detailed code reviews, and mentor junior developers to maintain best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver business-critical features on time.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• Integrate relational (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases with enterprise-grade applications, ensuring performance and security.
• Drive adoption of modern development practices such as CI / CD, automated testing, microservices, and cloud-native solutions (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement long-term preventive solutions.
• Stay ahead with the latest .NET frameworks, tools, and industry trends, and proactively suggest improvements to architecture and processes.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, solution reviews, and strategic decision-making with stakeholders.

This position is primarily based at our Pune (India) headquarters, requiring all potential hires to work from this location.
