Job Title : Senior Technical Lead .NET & Azure Implementation

Location : Mumbai / Pune

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead with 8- 12 years of expertise in .NET development and Azure cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, design scalable architectures, and ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in .NET, Azure, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Azure cloud services.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs with secure integrations.
• Drive adoption of Azure DevOps practices including CI / CD, Git workflows, and automated deployments.
• Ensure optimal data modelling, database performance, and integration with SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes for scalability and maintainability.
• Enforce security best practices including authentication, authorization, Azure AD, and RBAC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile / Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
