Job Summary :

Zywave is seeking a Team Lead .NET, Azure & React to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in .NET, Azure technologies, React, SQL Server, and Git, capable of guiding a high-performing engineering team, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud

environments.
