Role : Fusion HCM Compensation cloud Consultant

Exp : 3 to 12 Yrs

Location : Pan India (LTIMindtree Offices)

Job description

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application
• Implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements and any related business process analysis configuration validation system integration and deployment
• End to end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plan for 100 countries
• Working with technical team to modify the fast formulas or SQLs based on the country specific requirements
• Resolving issues identified during CRPs and UAT
• Working with Data team to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or External tables
• Working closely with technical team in case of any issues reported during or post annual campaign
• Also providing support on WFA related issues
