Job description4–15 years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Payroll + other modules).Expertise in Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management configuration.Lead RFP responses, collaborate with sales & technical teams.Map business requirements, identify fit / gap & provide solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve functional HCM issues.Conduct client demos, workshops, training & documentation.Collaborate on reports, interfaces, data conversion, extensions.Test & validate technical components, resolve implementation issues.Oversee offshore deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.Act as SME for Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR.Experience in workflows, security, OTBI reports.Strong presentation, communication & teamwork skills.Familiar with Agile / Iterative methodologies.Bachelor’s / MBA (HRMS) preferred.
