Job descriptionStrong technical / functional knowledge in SAP HCM, HR Mini Master, and SuccessFactors. Proficiency in SAP standard IDOC program and processing. Experience with SAP HR integration to CRM, SRM, C4C, and AP. Knowledge of GRC security setup and process. Background job scheduling and processing expertise. ABAP skills preferred. Hands-on experience in SAP HR configuration and setup. Understanding of SAP integration with Controlling and cost center creation. Experience in SAP HR org structure and HR Mini Master setup. Skilled in SAP HR reporting. Strong presentation, demonstration, communication, and client-facing skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SAP HCM certification preferred.

Location : Bangalore, India.
Experience : 5+ years.
Responsibilities :
- Resolve L3 tickets in coordination with Assistant Product Managers.
- Support enhancement requests, business operational requests, and service request fulfillment.
- Manage quality planning and control (QC / QA) activities.
- Develop requirements and validate designed enhancements.
- Analyze and interpret diverse requirements from multiple countries.
- Collaborate with teams to classify and prioritize process / product defects and make decisions based on assessments.
- Coordinate work efforts between products and modules.
