About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Director to oversee the overall operations, sales performance, and customer experience of a flagship store. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in premium or luxury retail, ensuring the store exceeds business objectives while maintaining brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations including sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Drive business growth by analyzing KPIs, market trends, and customer insights.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, security, and loss prevention measures.
