Responsibilities :
- Sales & Profitability : Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and profitability goals. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans for improvement. Manage store budget, control expenses, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Customer Experience : Ensure a consistently high level of customer service. Handle complex customer inquiries, resolve complaints effectively, and empower the team to deliver memorable experiences. Foster a customer-centric culture within the store.
- Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a diverse team of sales associates and supervisors. Conduct performance reviews, set clear objectives, and identify development opportunities. Manage scheduling, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Merchandising & Visual Standards : Oversee merchandise presentation, ensuring visual merchandising guidelines are met to maximize product appeal and sales. Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
- Inventory Management : Manage inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure accurate stock counts. Oversee receiving, stocking, and replenishment processes.
- Operations & Compliance : Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant retail laws and regulations (e.g., labor laws, health & safety). Oversee daily store operations, including opening / closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Local Marketing & Community Engagement : Identify and leverage local marketing opportunities to drive footfall and brand awareness. Engage with the local community to build strong customer relationships.
- Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory, staffing, and other operational metrics to upper management.
