Summary :

This role is responsible for managing the P&L and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, customer service delivery, motivation, and retention of store personnel and adherence to company norms.

Duties and responsibilities

• To plan and achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store in consultation with the retail head
• To monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.
• Implement plans to maximize sales while controlling expenses within the budget
