Job Title : Alliance Manager – OEM & National Management
Location : Mumbai, India
Reporting To : Chief Business Officer (CBO), 63SATS
Role Overview :
As the Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for strategically developing, nurturing, and managing relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and national distributors. You'll drive partnership value, enhance distribution reach, and ensure effective program execution across India. This is a hands-on, business development role focused on building revenue opportunities and creating win-win alliances.
Key Responsibilities :
- OEM Management :
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new OEM partners aligned with 63SATS solutions.
- Maintain senior-level relationships with key OEM decision-makers.
- Co-create go-to-market plans for joint solutions and oversee quarterly business reviews with OEMs.
- National Distributor Alliances :
- Build and manage a network of high-performing distributors at a national scale.
- Develop incentive structures, training programs, and quarterly performance frameworks for partners.
- Resolve channel conflict, monitor compliance, and address operational challenges.
- Strategic Growth :
- Design partnership models and scalable engagement frameworks tailored for both OEMs and distributors.
- Work with sales, product, and marketing teams for integrated partner campaigns and launches.
- Accountability & Analytics :
- Own partner performance targets and P&L impact.
- Track key metrics : partner revenue, activation, pipeline velocity, retention, and feedback.
- Market Development :
- Constantly scout for new alliance opportunities with emerging OEMs and distribution players.
- Lead contract negotiations and monitor adherence to SLAs.
- Internal Stakeholder Liaison :
- Report regular partner success and potential risks to CBO and executive team.
- Share market feedback and competitive activity internally to inform strategy.
Qualifications & Experience :
15+ years experience in alliance, partner, or channel management roles within technology, fintech or automotive industries.Demonstrated success in managing OEM and distributor relationships.Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in national scale program execution and revenue responsibility.Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.What We Offer :
