About the Role :

We are seeking a smart, driven Growth Manager to lead the launch and scaling of our apps in new international markets. This is a true 0- 1 ownership role-combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across market prioritization, go-to-market (GTM), cross-functional planning, and performance ownership.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Compliance teams to take products from idea to scale in diverse global markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Market Strategy : Identify, evaluate, and prioritize international market opportunities based on data, trends, and fit.
• GTM Execution : Build and execute go-to-market plans for each region, including user acquisition, localization, and positioning.
• Ops & Compliance : Coordinate with PSPs, legal, and finance teams to ensure payments, compliance, and regulatory readiness.
• Cross-functional Program Management : Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to align launch plans and drive flawless execution.
• P&L Ownership : Own performance metrics (revenue, CAC, ROI) for assigned markets and iterate for scale.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Education : B.E. / B.Tech from IIT / NIT / BITS (MBA is a plus but not 5-8 years in a high-growth consumer-tech startup, gaming / fintech company, or top-tier consulting firm.
