Position Overview
We are seeking a Growth Leader - Partnerships & Activations to identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances across healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, and senior-focused domains. The role will be responsible for expanding market presence, co-creating tailored offerings, and driving mutual value with partners. The ideal candidate brings B2B sales expertise, strong networks, and a track record of structuring win-win partnerships in dynamic environments. As the Growth Leader , you will drive user acquisition, onboarding, and activation across B2B and B2C channels. You will lead national strategic partnerships, city-based activations, and tele-sales efforts to generate user leads, convert leads into registered users, guide them through onboarding, and transition them into active participants across the company product verticals.
Key Responsibilities
User Acquisition & Onboarding : Own the end-to-end funnel from lead generation to onboarding and user activation. (Must Have)
Telesales Management : Build, Lead and manage the telesales team; ensure effective lead conversion and user onboarding (Must Have)
B2B Partnerships Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute a robust B2B partnership strategy aligned with company growth objectives. This includes collaborating with partners and internal teams to create marketing plans, tailored offerings and intuitive user journeys
City Activations : Design and execute on-ground activations with your team to drive awareness and registrations at city level. Create successful playbook in one city and lead national roll out. (Must Have)
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to activate partnerships.
Performance Monitoring : Track KPIs across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and partner satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
8–15 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or business development.
Proven success in user acquisition and activation strategies. (Must Have)
Experience managing telesales or inside sales teams. (Must Have)
Strong B2B network across healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or senior-focused industries.
High ownership mindset with a bias for action and results.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
