Founders
RISA was founded by Kshitij Jaggi and Kumar Shivang, IIT Kanpur alumni with a proven track record from their previous healthcare startup, Urban Health. Their vision is to streamline oncology care through cutting-edge technology.
Funding
RISA Labs is backed by $3.5 million in seed funding, led by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal, with support from Oncology Ventures, General Catalyst, z21 Ventures, Odd Bird VC, and angel investor Ashish Gupta.
Role Overview
You will own the strategy and execution of initiatives that directly fuel pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue impact. You'll lead targeted outreach to decision-makers, manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, and drive go-to-market strategies for new products and features. This role demands close cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, marketing, and leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact growth in a fast-paced environment.
