We are looking for a candidate with experience in infrastructure consulting / government advisory. Understanding of Financial modelling is preferable. We expect the candidate to possess strong communication skills and is flexible to travel as per project requirements. Responsibilities include
1. Conduct comprehensive review of legal and regulatory framework to support project planning and execution.
2. Evaluate project risks and design optimal project structure for execution under PPP models.
3. Prepare technical and financial feasibility reports for PPP projects.
4. Draft bid documents including Requests for Proposal (RFP), Project Information Memoranda, and Draft Concession Agreements for PPP projects.
5. Handle end to end bid process management
6.Coordinate with government clients, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
7. Draft project proposals, concept notes and contribute to business development efforts.
8. Organize daily activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and client deliverables.
9. Handle billing operations and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Requirements
Qualification : MBA or equivalent / Masters in Construction Management / Urban Planning
Experience : 3-6 years
