Key Responsibilities :
- Drive business generation through the DSA network for Home Loans and LAP.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent lead flow.
- Handle premium clients and structure deals in the ticket size range of 50 Lakhs 10 Crores.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, documentation, and internal processes.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to branch profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing of files.
