Relationship Manager - Home Loan, Loan Against Property

Job description :

Role & responsibilities :

• Identifying New Markets, must work towards attracting new customers and generating leads through local activities like organizing canopy activities / leaflet distribution / cold calling and etc.
• To deliver a high-quality client service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships to enhance product sales and new client growth targets.
• Achieve agreed individual performance targets for income generation, product sales and new client growth targets.
• Evaluate customer profiles and assess eligibility for LAP.
• Collect and verify necessary documents, including property and income proofs.
• Coordinate with credit teams for sanctioning loans and ensure compliance with underwriting policies.
• Provide end-to-end support to customers, ensuring smooth processing of their loans.
• Resolve customer queries and maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidates should have minimum 6 months of experience in handling HL & LAP Sales.

Male Candidates Preferable.
