As a section manager in one of our stores, you will be responsible for the following duties : .

a) Customer Service Management.

• To understand, anticipate and satisfy the needs of a customer, to have an active. presence at the point of sale, and to be responsible for the correct handling of complaints and returns.

b) Product Management.

c) Section image.

d) Staff Management.

e) Budget control.
