Freelance Product Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Training Manager on a freelance basis for a reputed pharmaceutical company dealing in gynaecology medicines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and monitoring product training programs for sales and marketing teams, ensuring in-depth product knowledge and effective communication of product benefits to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive product training modules for the gynaecology product portfolio.

Conduct induction training for new hires and refresher training for existing team members.

Create engaging training materials, presentations, and product manuals.

Provide scientific and technical knowledge support to the field force.

Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Stay updated with the latest medical, therapeutic, and product-related advancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product training within the pharma industry, preferably in the gynaecology segment.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to simplify complex medical concepts for better understanding.

Available to work on-site in New Delhi as per project requirements.
