We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to build, nurture, and grow a high-value network of CIOs and technology decision-makers across platforms like WhatsApp, , and Email. You will be the heartbeat of this community—keeping conversations alive, sharing value consistently, and making every CIO feel seen, heard, and respected.
You will also launch and manage a new CIO-focused newsletter —both online and as a premium physical edition —featuring industry insights, expert bytes, event recaps, and behind-the-scenes narratives.
Key Responsibilities :
Community Building & Engagement
- Create and manage curated WhatsApp groups of CIOs segmented by region, vertical, or interest
- Initiate thoughtful daily / weekly conversations, questions, and polls to keep engagement high
- Organize offline and online meetups, Ask-Me-Anythings (AMAs), or panel discussions
Newsletter Creation & Distribution
Build and manage a monthly CIO newsletter (physical + email version)Own the editorial calendar, content curation, copywriting, design coordination, and distributionWork with internal business units to feature insights, success stories, interviews, and trend reportsCoordinate printing, logistics, and delivery of the physical newsletter (quarterly or monthly)Content & Social Media
Convert community conversations and insights into compelling posts on and other platformsCelebrate CIO milestones, birthdays, career moves, etc., to build a human touchCollaborate with the design team for banners, event invites, and post templatesWhat We’re Looking For :
2–5 years of experience in community management , CXO engagement , customer advocacy , or brand marketingExcellent written & spoken English—your copy should feel warm, smart, and humanExperience in building or managing WhatsApp groups , communities , or Telegram / Slack groupsHands-on experience with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue) and newsletter publishingA relationship-first mindset—you genuinely care about building trust over timeAbility to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, events, and sales teamsNice to Have :
Prior exposure to working with CIOs, CTOs, or enterprise tech decision-makersAbility to interview CXOs and translate it into strong written contentInterest in design coordination, layouting for print newslettersComfort with basic data tracking and reporting (open rates, group activity, etc.)What You’ll Get :
