Role Description
Drive sales growth for our sustainable packaging solutions across Mumbai city, targeting three key customer segments :
Supply Chain Partners (Stockists / Distributors / Resellers)
Food Service Establishments (Restaurants, Cafes, QSRs, Cloud Kitchens)
Institutional Clients (Railways, Airlines, Corporate Cafeterias, Large Chains)
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve targets across all customer segments : Supply Chain Partners (B2B Distribution), Food Service Establishments (B2B Direct), and Institutional Clients (B2B Enterprise)
Identify and convert new business opportunities through regular field visits
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high retention
Submit daily field visit reports and conduct all field operations in strict accordance with company SOPs established by administration
Develop targeted proposals for different customer segments
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience in food packaging / disposables / hospitality industry
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing client base
Fluency in English and Kannada (mandatory)
Must own a motorcycle / scooter for field visits and a laptop
Proficient with Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, TeleCRM & Zoho CRM
Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills
Based in Mumbai with ability to travel across Maharashtra
