Responsibilities :

• Manage patient greetings, calls, and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and support staff
• Oversee billing, data entry, and daily reports
• Maintain a calm, professional clinic atmosphere
• Uphold confidentiality and clinic standards
