UrbanDart is looking for a driven and persuasive Inside Sales Specialist to help scale our business. If you have a knack for sales, enjoy interacting with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You will be responsible for lead generation, engaging with potential clients, conducting demos, and closing deals —playing a critical role in UrbanDart’s growth.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead Generation : Identify, research, and qualify potential customers.
- Client Outreach : Proactively connect with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Demos & Pitches : Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
- Sales Conversion : Understand client needs, handle objections, and close deals.
- Follow-ups & Relationship Building : Maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business.
- CRM & Reporting : Track interactions, pipeline, and performance in sales tools.
What We Look For :
