Job description
Role Summary :
The Inside Sales Executive will drive lead generation, qualify prospects, and support the sales funnel through effective communication and follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone with persuasive skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Qualify leads and schedule product demos
Maintain CRM records and track interactions
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth
Will be handling the Dealers and Distributors across India.
Runo calls Analysis
Handle the Tele calling executives and their performance.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
5 + years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Should have experience in Electrical industries.
