Role Summary :
Responsible for overseeing and transforming soft services / housekeeping operations (cleaning) at client sites, using a framework-driven approach leveraging IoT smartclean technology. Acts as a cleaning operations specialist, deployed across multiple accounts, to assess gaps, design interventions, and drive tangible improvements with third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct day-0 audits of existing cleaning regimes at client accounts.
- Assess and document operational gaps : process, outcomes, manpower efficiency, and technology use.
- Design and implement a customised cleaning transformation plan using SmartClean IoT and Cleaning management platform to optimise hygiene, workflow, and resource allocation.
- Oversee daily performance and compliance of outsourced cleaning vendors; standardise best practices and monitor KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client cleaning and housekeeping requirements, managing stakeholder feedback and continuous improvement activities.
- Develop SOPs and process manuals for smartclean-enabled cleaning regimes.
- Work closely with internal and vendor teams to drive technology adoption and ensure training and onboarding on IoT and Cleaning management platform.
- Review and analyze cleaning data reports; communicate findings and drive change through data-driven recommendations.
- Manage routine inspections, ensure compliance with client health, safety, and quality standards.
- Lead vendor evaluation, contract management, and operational troubleshooting for cleaning services.
- Prepare periodic reports for clients and management, highlighting performance, cost optimization, and innovation outcomes.
- Support account teams in business reviews related to cleaning operations and participate in procurement processes when onboarding new vendors.
- Guide and mentor site-level soft services staff.
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate degree; professional certification in Facility Management, Sanitation, or Cleaning Services is desirable.5-6 years of experience in soft services management, including hands-on supervision of cleaning / janitorial operations, preferably at multiple commercial sites.Proven expertise in third-party vendor management for cleaning services.Experience implementing or working with IoT / technology platforms in facility management is a strong advantage.Ability to audit, analyse, and streamline cleaning workflows; highly data-driven approach.Strong interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.Proficiency with MS Office, online work order systems, and basic reporting tools.Team leadership and training experience preferred.Deployment :
This role will require travel and multi-site presence across client locations. Expected to lead transformation mandates in cleaning operations and act as a subject matter expert for technology-led cleaning excellence initiatives.
