The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with operations / HR teams.
- Coordinate and manage high-volume hiring drives in campus or walk-in interviews.
- Build and manage a reliable database of candidates through on-field mobilization and registration of candidates through campus connect program.
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
- Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and weekly recruitment reports.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast hiring needs.
- Proven experience in blue collar / field hiring (minimum 2 year preferred)
- Familiarity with local job market and recruitment channels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring goal.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Fluency in Hindi / English language.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment drives.Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for technical or skilled workforce hiring.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build industry relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of technical job requirements and workforce trends.
