Job description
- Sourcing relevant resumes using Job portals
- Ensuring a healthy pipeline of resumes for the recruiters for further reach out and assessments
- Following up on the status of the resumes shared with the recruiters
- Maintaining and Managing MIS to track the progress on the resumes shared with the recruiters
Desired Experience :
At least 3 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment, working with Executive Search Firms / Staffing FirmsWill prefer candidates with good exposure to either Technology / IT / Semiconductor / Telecom / Big4s / Management Consulting / IT Advisory domain hiringExposure to IT leadership level hiring will be an advantage
