Build and manage a community of parents through social media, WhatsApp groups, and newsletters.Develop and implement content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms.Collaborate with influencers and parenting content creators for brand storytelling.Lead BTL activities including workshops, pop-ups, and parent meet-ups.Monitor community feedback and engagement metrics to shape brand strategy.Work closely with creative and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.Key Responsibilities :
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or community roles.
- Strong understanding of content creation, influencer marketing, and organic growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and an empathetic, consumer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with parenting, wellness, or D2C categories is a big plus.
- Prior startup or early-stage experience is preferred.
