Academic Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking an Academic Program Manager with proven, practical experience in data analytics (DA), Python, and SQL. This is not a traditional data science or highly technical engineering position. Instead, our ideal candidate brings hands-on technical fluency together with collaborative, people-oriented strengths to support program delivery, manage teams, and drive learner engagement.

The position emphasizes :

Technical proficiency :  Practical knowledge of data analytics techniques, Python, and SQL (without expecting advanced data science or engineering expertise).

Team leadership :  Demonstrated experience in managing, leading, or coordinating a team.

Collaborative approach :   Ability to work effectively with educators, program staff, and learners to achieve academic and organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

• Supporting learners' growth and delivering outcomes in an academic setting.
• Interview and B2B Operations.
• Driving placements and learners' supply for industry demands
• Structuring training and company-specific preparations for the learners.
• High face time with leadership team, along with sales and marketing partnerships
