Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing student counseling, offering career counseling, and academic advising. The role involves assisting students in setting academic goals, developing educational plans, and guiding students through their educational journey. They will also be involved in coordinating with faculty members, maintaining student records, and providing resources for academic and personal development. The advisor will ensure that students are well-supported and informed, helping them succeed in their academic endeavors.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Communication skills
• Expertise in Career Counseling and Academic Advising
• Background in Education Field
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Counseling or a related field
• Experience in an academic advising role is a plus
• Should know Languages like Hindi, English, Telugu, kannada, Malayalam etc..
