Role Description

This is an internship role for a Student Caller at Ride91 Green Mobility Pvt Ltd. The Student Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, gathering feedback, providing information about our services, and addressing customer queries. The role also involves managing call records and reporting findings to the team. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Currently enrolled in a degree program or a recent graduate
