Role Responsibilities :
- Drive sales targets for home loans and cross-selling, enhancing client relationships.
- Retain and expand the customer base for home loans and LAP, focusing on repeat business.
- Maximize sales through a network of DSA, managing builder and connector relationships.
- Oversee the process from login to disbursement, collaborating with internal teams.

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.Proven experience in sales management, particularly in home loans and LAP.Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team.In-depth understanding of market trends, competitor intelligence, and compliance.Skills Required
