• This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Sales Manager located in Morbi. The Deputy Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and generating new business opportunities.
• Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, training sales staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to optimize sales performance and maintain a high level of product Sales Strategy, Market Analysis, and Business Development skills
• Team Management, Leadership, and Training skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills
• Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales performance and target achievement
• Ability to work on-site in Morbi
• Experience in the tiles and bathware industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
