Role Summary :
The Regional Business Manager – RUE will be responsible for leading and
expanding the rental and used equipment business across Andhra Pradesh and
Telangana. Based in Hyderabad, the role involves strategic planning, sales
leadership, operational oversight, and customer relationship management. The
incumbent will report directly to the SBU Business Head and play a key role in
achieving regional business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with SBU goals.
Identify and capitalize on RUE business growth opportunities in AP &
Telangana.
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Sales & Revenue Management
Drive sales performance for rental and used equipment.
Lead customer acquisition, retention, and territory expansion efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales execution.
Operations & Asset Management
Manage fleet utilization, logistics, and service operations.
Ensure timely equipment turnaround and cost-effective deployment.
Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing regional team.
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and key accounts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Reporting & Analytics
Provide regular performance updates to the SBU Business Head.
Use data insights to drive business decisions and improvements.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
8–12 years of experience in construction equipment sales / rental, with regional
leadership exposure.
Strong understanding of rental economics used equipment valuation, and fleet
operations.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
