About the Opportunity

Invoria Global Solutions (IGS) is empaneled with one of our prestigious clients in the e-commerce and retail sector to support their Telangana and Andhra Pradesh regions' business expansion.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Business Head who can lead large-scale operations, drive profitability, and spearhead growth across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh . The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, deep understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem, and proven expertise in managing distributed teams and end-to-end regional operations.

About the Role

As the Regional Business Head, you will be responsible for the complete P&L ownership, operational excellence, and business scalability within your assigned geography. This leadership role demands strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on operational management to deliver high service quality and sustainable growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations across the assigned region, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Take full ownership of the P&L and financial health of the region.
• Plan and execute business expansion , scaling strategies, and manpower budgeting.
• Lead strategic initiatives for business diversification and market penetration .
• Increase brand visibility and market share within the region through innovative operational and marketing strategies.
• Manage and inspire a large workforce of 5000+ employees , including blue- and white-collar staff.
• Build and nurture a high-performance culture through training, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Ensure operational metrics such as on-time delivery, fill rate, and inventory accuracy are consistently met.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels within warehouses to achieve maximum order fulfillment.
• Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction , addressing service-related issues promptly.
