Job Overview :

The E-commerce Operations Executive for mCaffeine will be responsible for managing and coordinating distribution operations for sales channels, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of orders processing, maintaining Order-Delivery KPIs, and managing escalations and GRN / RTV.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and verify incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Accurately input order details into the order processing system / excel.

Monitor and track the status of orders, from the point of entry to delivery and GRN discrepancies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to optimize order processing and delivery processes.

Ensure a high level of responsiveness to mails / calls.

Address and resolve any quality-related concerns or deviations.

Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documents.

Generate reports on order processing performance and share insights with management.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.

Coordinate with channel partners for RTV and related operations alignments

Qualifications :

Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or a similar role is advantageous.

Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of inventory management systems and order tracking tools.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Effective communication and crisp email writing.
