Job Overview :

The E-commerce Operations Executive for mCaffeine will be responsible for managing and coordinating distribution operations for sales channels, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of orders processing, maintaining Order-Delivery KPIs, and managing escalations and GRN / RTV.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and verify incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Accurately input order details into the order processing system / excel.
• Monitor and track the status of orders, from the point of entry to delivery and GRN discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to optimize order processing and delivery processes.
• Ensure a high level of responsiveness to mails / calls.
• Address and resolve any quality-related concerns or deviations.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Generate reports on order processing performance and share insights with management.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
• Coordinate with channel partners for RTV and related operations alignments
