Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional reception experience.
- Manage and coordinate patient appointments, liaising with healthcare providers to optimize scheduling.
- Respond to patient inquiries and direct them to the relevant hospital services, ensuring prompt and accurate information flow.
- Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints effectively, maintaining patient satisfaction and trust.
- Facilitate front office operations, including record management, ensuring that all administrative functions are executed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and appointments, supporting overall hospital administration.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and hospital staff to enhance service delivery and patient care standards.
- Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies to create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Education : Minimum graduate (preferably in any discipline).
Experience : 1-6 years of experience in customer service , preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
Shift Timing : Ok to work with rotational shifts.
Skills :
