Position : Sales & Marketing Manager

Employment Type : Fixed + Commission Based (Hybrid Mode – 1–2 days work from office)

Fixed Income : ₹8,000 per month

Commission : Starting from ₹5,000 onward (1% to 5% on confirmed construction contracts)

Total Potential Earnings : ₹8,000 (Fixed) + Commission — earn up to ₹1,00,000+ per month based on performance!

Job Responsibilities :

• Promote and market building construction services to potential clients.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and developers.
• Contribute to business growth through creative marketing strategies.
• Submit weekly performance and progress reports.

Eligibility :

Work Mode : Hybrid — 1–2 days office work, remaining days field / remote.

Location : Open for on-site and off-site marketing across Maharashtra.
