Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sales and Marketing Manager located in Pune. The Event Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and managing events, conducting sales activities, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing private events. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure the successful execution of events.

Key Responsibilities : Sales & Business Development :
Identify and target potential clients for corporate events, conferences, weddings, exhibitions, and other functions.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.Respond to event inquiries, prepare customized proposals, and conduct site visits with clients.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and event packages in line with company policies.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.Marketing & Promotion :
Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email, etc.) to promote event spaces and services.Collaborate with design and content teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.Manage the company's online presence related to events, including social media and event listings.Organize promotional events, open houses, or exhibitions to showcase the venue or services.Track marketing campaign performance and provide reports on ROI and lead conversions.Event Coordination (in collaboration with operations team) :
Liaise with the operations or event planning teams to ensure client expectations are met.Ensure proper handover from sales to event execution teams.Follow up post-event for client feedback and future business opportunities.Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.3–7+ years of experience in event sales, event management, or marketing.Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge of marketing principles and campaign execution.Proficiency in CRM software, event management tools, and MS Office Suite.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed.Strong organizational and project management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in hotel, event venues, or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry.Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp).Existing network within the events or hospitality industry.Compensation & Benefits :
