Thermax - Manager - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for PIP products across domestic and export markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, channels, and market segments to expand the customer base.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion for both B2B and B2C clients.
• Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, EPC contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare and respond to RFQs, tenders, and technical-commercial proposals.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and potential threats.
• Collaborate with internal teams including production, R&D, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums.
• Oversee all branding, promotional, and digital marketing activities for the PIP product line.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation for global markets.

Key Skills & Strong technical and commercial understanding of PIP or industrial piping systems
